Duck egg hatching in the Hurricane Method

The husk-hurricane method is a popular method for laying duck eggs in artificial ways. This method is the most popular in the duck rearing area in Bangladesh. But, It is done any duck egg hatchery where the required materials are arranged. in some instances; duck egg hatching is the most difficult part of the world. Hatchery owners typically hatch duck eggs from January to April.  Many hatch eggs until October, but hatcheries close from November to January.  Ducks are produced in various areas of the area including Nandail in Mymensingh, Trail in Kishoreganj, Kendra-Madan in Netrokona.  In addition to these areas, small-scale babies are grown in different places of the country.  This product is sold to farmers in the area of Howard (Netrokona-Kishoreganj).  Also, Tangail, Rajshahi, Bogra, Comilla, Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Feni are provided in various places in the country.

Required Requirements

1.  Mulch and Hurricane, 2.  Wood and bamboo, 3.  Round bush or cylinder of the bamboo mat (height 8.5 feet, diameter 2 feet), 4.  Thermometer, 5.  Flashlight or Egg Candler 6.  Chutney-coating-colored cloth, 7.  A decent house

Arrangement

Boxes need to be made of wood and bamboo for the placement of bamboo cylinders in the room (length of 5 feet and a width of 1.5 feet is sufficient to accommodate 5 cylinders).  Then the cylinder should be filled with scrub around it and the cylinder cover should be covered with cloth and coating.  Many, instead of cylinders, bamboo-wood, and briquettes make the bed to a height of 1.5-5.5 feet from the floor and heat the egg on the bed with a hurricane underneath the bed.

Eggs are covered with a coating to store heat.  The hurricane should be filled with oil and salted to keep it hydrated. It should be kept in the cylinder for 4-5 hours before the hurricane is placed in the cylinder and the heat is raised (100 ° F).  The hatching bed is made of wood and bamboo, just a few feet (2.5-5.5 feet) above the box made for hatching. Then lay the mat on it and spread some mat on it.  Keep the cloth or coating ready for it.  Hatching beds can also be done in separate locations.  Hatching beds can be prepared either with one or 2-5 shelves.  To control/measure the temperature (5 ° F) of the cylinder and hatching bed, the thermometer and egg embryo should be equipped with a light source torchlight or egg candle ready for egg selection.

After collecting eggs, good eggs (3-5 grams) are laid after pruning small, broken and badly hatched eggs.  Then the eggs are disinfected with disinfectant (povidone-iodine solution-2 ml in 2 liters of water) and dried in the sun (2-5 hours or up to 5 ° F).

After drying in the sun, the colored cups are lightly enclosed with 3-5 eggs (with the thickest part above and the thin section down).

Then the hurricane, which is lit on the cylinder, is lifted and the eggs are transferred to the hurricane side.

The thermometer is then checked to see if the temperature is correct.  Again, the temperature of the egg is applied to the body (cheeks).  In this way, the eggs are kept in the cylinder for up to 3-6 days.  Usually, 1 egg can be placed in a cylinder or jar.

After 3-5 days, the presence of embryos in the egg is checked.  Eggs that have problems are removed.  In this way, the test is done again in 8-12 days and the eggs that are suitable for hatching in the final eggs are laid.

After 3-5 days the eggs are transferred to the hatching tray and kept here for 8-12 days.  Then the eggs hatch in 25 days.  When the temperature is high in the hatching bed, the egg is left open and the temperature is reduced to a little bit, and then the egg is covered when the temperature drops.  In the egg so that the baby does not stick to the eggshell. so that the moisture is sprinkled at this time by sprinkling water several times.

On the 28th day, the baby will be peeping on the egg on the 28th.  From 1 to 4 eggs, the baby is infected with 3-5 eggs.  If the eggs are very good, up to a maximum of 5 will boil.

The baby footer is taken in baby brooder within 5 minutes and is provided separately by grading the baby or selecting male and female babies separately according to customer demand.  Usually, the price of a baby is more than Rs.  Baby footers usually do not need to provide any food for up to 24 hours.

For men and women who want to buy the baby separately, baby sex is done.  The baby is having sex by checking each child’s cloaca.  Examining the vent for a baby, if the cloaca has a penis inside it, it is a male baby.  And if the penis is not visible and the cloaca is pink, then the wife will be the baby.
